It will help the drivers or partners to reach you and provide better service. The company will not be responsible if such contact number is used by such drivers or partners or users for their private interests.

By sharing this information with third party service providers we may be able to personalize the app for you, so you get the smoothest experience and perform behavioural analytics.

DISPUTES:

All the disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Policy will be governed by the laws of India. The parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to first resolve the matter on an amicable basis, within a period of Sixty (60) days. No recourse to arbitration by one party against the other party under this Policy shall take place unless and until such procedure has been followed. Any unresolved disputes or claims which may arise out of or in connection with the Policy shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings will be presided by a sole arbitrator to be appointed based on mutual consent of both parties in writing. The arbitration proceedings shall be in English and shall be held in Kozhikode, India. Subject to the above, you hereby submit yourself to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Kozhikode, India.
